  Don't even waste your time making an appointment for a hitch here. I booked a hitch install online over a week ago. On the day of my appointment, 2 hrs after i dropped off my car, I receive a phone call from Uhaul saying they do not have the part. I did a quick google search and found Cannons ( pretty much across the street), called them and within an hr they had a new hitch installed. It was $30 more but worth it.

  The customer service and lack of communication from staff at this location is awful. Was supposed to have a hitch installed which I purchased from Uhaul online, or so I thought. Long story short 3 weeks from date of order and still no hitch. Got the run around from staff and finally spoke to the manager Ashley just to find out that the hitch was on back order and they didn’t know when it would be in. Unbelievable! Can’t believe we wasted 3 weeks waiting. Canceled order and got a refund. The next day husband found a place in Jacksonville (Cannons) that had it in stock and installed it same day for around same cost.

  I'd like to take a moment to recognize Cedric Martin. I honestly don't think I've ever seen someone working so hard and being so positive and courteous. I was impressed. It was the same great service when I came back to return the trailer I had rented. It was very hot outside, it was clear they were busy, and again he was still wonderful with everyone. It not only impressed me and made my day, but also made sure that this will be the U-haul location I go to for future rentals. Very much recommend. Thanks Cedric!
