  Jesus Moving is One of the best moving companies of the town, I have been use his services for many years.His owner and his team are very polite and professional. The prices are very fair and reasonable. High recommended specialty if you have fancy furnitures.

  I used the service of Jesus moving and it was a great experience ; his crew are very hard working people and always treat us with a lot of respect. It was a fast moving day and I did not have to worry about anything I knew my belongings were in good hands. I will definitely recommend Jesus and his people for any moving.

  I hired Jesus as a recommendation from my Realtor - BIG mistake - I share my disappointment with everyone I know, so they don't make the same mistake. First, it took 3 separate calls and the involvement from my RE Agent to actually get a call back. 2 appointments schedule and 2 appointments missed. That should have been my first clue! Damage to my belongings - an oversized drum lamp shade to a $500 lamp crushed and unusable, a 1" chip off the corner edge of a $2000 credenza, and they propped my curved sofa up on the end, which left a flat dent in the curve. When I pointed these items out, I was told 'I never paid the $250 insurance deposit'- funny, I was NEVER told I needed to pay the company for insurance to protect my belongings - I WAS told the company was fully insured. I reviewed the contract, and there is NO notation of needing to purchase or pay for insurance. As I told Jesus, I would have gladly paid for insurance had I been advised during the contracting process. Second, instead of apologizing, Jesus tells me how hard he and his team worked + how much money they spent to do the job - then, he asked for me to give him a break - REALLY? I paid for 5 guys to do a 20 hour job including moving, packing/unpacking that was completed in 16 hours - I myself unpacked 30+ boxes, which saved them a lot of time, but I didn't ask for my money back for those 4 hours. All that said, I guess the ultimate irritation was the total lack of empathy - ridiculous from a small business owner to not have empathy or appreciate the value that someone puts on their personal belongings. Small businesses rely on word of mouth. As I started, I will tell everyone I know about my disappointing experience.

  Mr. Rohr We are very sorry for what happened to your 3 pieces, we know that should not happen, but I did apologize to you and also offered the repair of the 3 pieces, but you enraged and threw us out of your house. Afterwards we tried to contact you several times even via WhatsApp but you blocked us everywhere, we know you were upset and believe me we understand it. Regarding furniture insurance we never ask you for a deposit of $250, we do not sell insurance, it was very clear in the contract that you signed, and we explained you later that, because the damage was not serious and that the insurance did not cover them and that I would take care of their repairs, but you did not accept it, the photos that you show are proof that the damages that should not have happened were not serious enough for the insurance to cover, (so it is written in the contract that you use signed) that's why we offered to take care of it ourselves. As for the amount paid by you, our written estimate that you received was $ 2250 with 3 men for 2 days (10 hours a day) and $ 500 in case of needing a third day, but we used the day of the moving, 5 men to expedite it. We were almost double what you were paying and that is why you avoided a third day of work by avoiding paying $ 500 (this is also written in the contract that you signed), and this included packing all your things including your clothes, personal items, etc. etc. There were more than 100 boxes that we packed and of these $ 2250 that you paid, we used $ 550 in materials, so you were paying $ 1700 for labor that divided in 20 hours gives $ 85 per hour. No moving company that uses 5 men to work for 20 hours charged $ 85 an hour. Mr. Rohr we work very hard and we keep doing it to keep our good reputation, we are sorry that your experience with us has not been good and we apologize again, we always want all comments to be good. Again we are very sorry.
