Just purchased a piano from Jim’s Pianos. Have to say it was the best buying experience I have had in a long time. Mr Jim and his granddaughter Emilee were extremely helpful, knowledgeable. Prices extremely reasonable compared to other stores I’ve tried. Top notch customer service. Delivery guys were very courteous, conscientious. Would definitely recommend Jim’s Pianos to anyone!

Jim's Pianos has been one of the top best places I have every worked. Jim is on the top of the list for favorite bosses as well. He is so caring and thoughtful about everything and not just with his employees, but also with his customers. In my book, he deserves more than 5 stars. It has been such a blessing working for him and seeing how he interacts with his customers. If you want a great deal and you want to meet a genuinely amazing person, come to Jim's Pianos in Tallahassee. You will always leave with a smile on your face.

My experience with Jim's Pianos went beyond my expectations. I was looking for a used baby grand and called them initially just to get a quote on moving a piano. What I ended up with was a private appointment with Jim (owner) that allowed me to play on some dream pianos and ended with the purchase of an affordable baby grand that looks absolutely beautiful in my home. While I still plan on buying that dream Kawai piano of mine, I could not be more pleased with the service I received and happy with my first baby grand purchase. Jim - I hope to see you in the next few years for a trade in towards that dream piano. Thank you for everything!!!
