I made reservation for 2 Uboxes on July 24th. On July 27th I received a call that they actually don't have any availability. How is it possible that I spoke to 2 different people to make my reservation but 3 days later they do not have anything. This is at a time when it is extremely difficult to find storage solutions. Extremely poor customer service and apparently communication between departments.

Customer service was excellent and the process was very easy. The truck was beat up and the transmission seem as though it was about to go out.it still was an excellent experience overall. And I would rent again hands down.

Very very unprofessional. Mr. Williams has very bad potty mouth and not to mention he’s not job scared. Gave me his real government name and advised me to call corporate. He used the word ‘BRUH’ addressing me about 6 times or more. He went on to tell my two sons and I that we don’t intimidate him and we got the right one today. The yelling and screaming at ME was unbearable. Highly don’t recommend this location at ALL!!! Not to mention wanted to charge me for a dolly I swear I didn’t use at all. Not sure how the strap broke.
