  I wish all storage facilities were like this place. Great customer service and the facility is first rate. Access to the units is 24/7 and it is in a safe location. Can't say enough good things about this place and the staff.

  24/7 secure access, loading ramps and dock, good lighting, wide hallways to move items in. Nice clean unit was well maintained. Online rental and payment setup was very convenient.

  BED BUGS!! Horrible management!! Horrible customer service, REFUSED to give us superiors number!!! Refused further communication by hanging up on us!!! ((Given i was angry but hadnt reached irate until i was interrupted 30 times in 1 sentence)) My grandmother became ill a few years ago and moved in with her sister in ohio. She continued to pay rent and keep her stuff as it was in her apartment that was in a VERY NICE elderly building. (Who regularly sprays for pests). She hadnt lived in the apartment in 2 YEARS. My husband and I packed her entire 2 bedroom apartment, loaded it and moved my grandmothers stuff ourselves. We got to the storage unit and immediately the manager was snarky and rude on the phone. Whatever ya have that i thought. Then seeing the unit i was immediately concerned about the chicken wire roof to each storage unit. Not very secure i thought. But bed bugs entering through the chicken wire never crossed my mind. Then 4 weeks later we go back for the stuff and load almost EVERYTHING. And the closest thing to the chicken wire roof was the mattress as soon as we went to grab it we spotted HIM. one bed bug. On top. Not burried. Not hiding. ALIVE! so we catch it and take pictures and call my grandmother who says put it all back surely theyll have to see and spray or somthing right? NOPE not only would he not let me speak a single word he says you have to vacate your stuff immediately and as im trying to explain he litterally would NOT LET ME SPEAK then hung up on me. i got irate. Thats not how you do business. We searched my grandmothers stuff and found NO evidence of any more or previous carcass or bowel. Ive looked up alot and talked to exterminating companies and if it had come from her their would be more than just 1 or atleast evidence of more or of them being there. Contacting the BBB, health department, and letting other people know so they dont have to throw their life away at 80 or pay a ton after paying an arm and a leg to store it before moving which is also a costly event. Good luck if you decide its worth the risk. And i mean that sincerely.
