  I want to say that the actual gentleman who completed our delivery/installation were kind and quick at their job. I am beyond disappointed in how King's Moving handled their contracted third-party delivery for Tempur-pedic. We never received an initial call to schedule delivery - we had to call them. After initial contact, we left multiple messages for Lonnie (was her name I believe) and was NEVER called back for over a week. Once I did get ahold of Lonnie (after being told she wasn't even in office...but she clearly was) she tried telling me that they did not have our mattress and frame. I insisted they'd had them for over a week and she very rudely agreed to call the warehouse to "check." She came back on the phone to tell me that they did have my mattress and frame, but that they'd been getting "stacked on" and "overlooked" in their warehouse. All in all, a very shady, uncommunicative, disrespectful place to work with. I was sure to let Tempur-pedic know all this too - I sincerely hope they discontinue contracting with these movers for Kansas deliveries of their product.

  If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would. This was my 5th military move and I cannot believe how unprofessional and rude they were. They showed up around noon (due to other issues at their warehouse, so they said), and basically told me they'd unload everything for us to take care of. Normally, the moving company unpacks all boxes, sets up all items that were taken apart at the previous base, and removes all debris. They put together the beds, and that's it. They said all other items were not "their job" and that I needed to contact someone else to come to the house and finish the rest. There are still unpacked boxes all over the house (see attached photos) and they left trash everywhere, to include nails in the driveway/street and an exacto knife. When I approached the lead guy, he got sarcastic, saying, "this girl wants you to put the couch together and pick up some trash, I guess." When I was signing the paperwork before they left, they were extremely pushy for me to sign, even when I said I was not comfortable with signing that I was satisfied with all services. After all was said and done, one guy came back and said, "Sorry, boss just wants to go home." At this point, it was 7pm. I understand it was later, but if time was an issue, they should have stopped earlier and came back the next day. I would never recommend this company, and cannot believe they are still in business.

  They were a third part delivery service. My order sat in their warehouse for 2.5 weeks and they wouldn't deliver it because it was "outside their delivery area". Wouldn't return calls to schedule delivery. When they finally did deliver my order it was 1.5 hours outside the delivery window without so much as a phone call to say they were running late. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
