Don’t rent here if you want any response from management or the owner when there is something wrong with your unit. The unit I was renting had a bad seal on the door, and numerous times I opened up to find all my stuff covered with dirt/dust. Tried reaching out for two months through customer service, and they always said they were waiting to hear from the owner. Never heard anything. The owner obviously doesn’t care about the people who rent their units and I would highly recommend finding somewhere else. Oh, and my unit was 345. Avoid 345 unless you want your stuff covered Edit: Place also charged me after I moved out. When I called to notify them they said they would have to get in touch with the owner. I’m sorry, the same owner who I tried to contact for two months? Complete joke of a place.

Very unprofessional and shady place. Been charging me after move out and then say they need approval from owner who is never available. Called again TODAY and no answer after multiple calls. Unit 310, you'll never see another dime from me so feel free to stop the automated texts saying i have a balance. Moved out and cleaned the unit back in June 2021.
