We hired KT to help with a move from our apartment to our brand new home (which the closing date kept getting pushed back at no fault of our own). Upon reaching out to KT he gave me some numbers (by the hour) and I feel like he read my mind and said “you know what here is what I will charge as a flat rate! When he told me my price, I immediately stopped my search for movers and told him that I wanted to retain him. KT asked for a VERY AFFORDABLE deposit to secure my spot, but due to closing and different things, I couldn’t send the deposit as needed on that day because closing kept getting pushed back and I didn’t know when I would actually need him. I kept KT in the loop and he was very responsive and understanding! On the day we were supposed to move, it was raining hard and very cold, and he was courteous enough to text and say “sorry for the inconvenience, but we will need to push your move date to tomorrow due to the weather”. I wasn’t even expecting that, but felt that was very generous of him. Move day finally arrives and KT tells me he is on the way, and with Atlanta traffic you can always expect some kind of delay. KT went out of his way to take a picture of the traffic and said “I’ll be a couple of mins late but we are on the way”. I told him no worries because I definitely understood. Not even five minutes later he is pulling up with two extra guys (I really thought it was him and one guy, but my parents always said “more hands, less work….less hands, more work” which I totally understood the need for three guys. When I tell you these boys came in and saw what needed to be moved, they put them gloves on and got to work. After cleaning and packing up the apartment, we stopped by storage to get the rest of our things and we were done at the storage unit so fast, the lady at the front said “dang, y’all done already!?” I said “I found the best movers EVER!”. We got to our house and all the stuff they broke down at the apartment or storage, they put back up once they got it in place at the house. It literally took about a solid 4 hours from arrival to departure (9:05 am -12:50/1:00p.m) and they are so professional, hard working and will have a decent conversation with you, that you don’t even realize that the time has flown by! I would DEFINITELY recommend KT Moving and Junk Removal for any of your needs as they are Quick, Professional, and Affordable!!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, the owner is being totally dishonest. The damage was reported immediately on the very next business day. The damages totaled $150. It has been 6 months and we still have not been compensated for the damages. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with Brofessional Movers. During our move they dropped one of our dressers and broke it. They knew they’d broken it but they did not tell us. Instead they placed it in the bedroom and pretended everything was fine. As soon as we noticed it was broken we reached out to them. Initially, Brofessional Movers apologized and said they would reach out to their insurance company to see if they would cover the damage. Since then they have stopped responding. They have blocked our phone number and will not respond to us. Please DO NOT use your hard earned money to pay for their service.

Gm we are very sorry about the situation, we did reach out once we were notified of damages , we also notified our insurance company as soon as we were notified of incident. However, because incident was reported Days after the move our insurance company wasn’t going to cover damages , insurance company also stated that even if incident was reported in proper time that they wouldn’t cover damages because damages were under $100, however, we @ Brofessional Movers are still willing to compensate you for damages , we sincerely apologize again

Kelsey & his partner did a great job on my move. They were early, had a huge truck and was able to load and unload my 2 bedroom apartment in 3 hours. This included trashing items I did not want. I will defiantly be seeing them next year!
