Great location! The manager Gina and her assistant Kris always go above and beyond. Helped me find a perfect unit for my items and didn’t try to overcharge me or oversell. Love that they make you buy a lock there, they have the best locks anyways. 10/10

I visited several rental locations in the area today. Most didn't seem to want to be bothered by me. However, when I went into Life Storage I met with Gina. She was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, informative and helped me get into a storage unit immediately. I wish she would have been the first stop of the day.

Gina was absolutely amazing! Will be coming back here for any and all storage needs! This place is the best in the Collin county area. Don’t go anywhere else, you will be sorry for missing out on these helping hands!
