  Local Local Mail the service there is efficient , friendly , clean environment I’ve closed my mail box service , last year July 2021. I’m very very saddened to say I’m having a hard time receiving my deposit back. Please I’ve reached out numerous time. I did not get my deposit back yet .. I let my new address and my phone number with staff Mahalo Nui Loa

  The staff are friendly and sociable! They recognize me right from the door and bring my items to the front! Sometimes they help me carry my parcels to my car! God bless their business!

  UPDATE: MARCH 8, 2021...FINALLY! I received my deposit refund. BUT>>>>>here is the kicker: Per the "mailbox history" report enclosed with my refund check, my account was closed on JANUARY 7; The check was dated FEBRUARY 9th, but the Post-mark on the envelope was MARCH 4th! As for "their accountant" writing the checks...the handwriting on the February check is the same handwriting on the addressed envelope PLUS the return address AND address on the check are BOTH Local-Local's address! (Accountant my foot! it appears someone is LAZY and its not an accountant). UPDATE: MARCH 3, 2021...Still NO refund on my deposit! When I spoke to the manager on or about February 11, 2021 (I had to call her - she NEVER retuned my messages I left), she said "their" accountant" does the refunds; they have no control when their accountant will issue the refund. Then get another accountant - because that is NOT how a business should be run! (wish I could give a "zero" star rating) I had been a customer since June 2015. Over the course of time, though Ryan is still the owner, but clearly NOT around to observe the POOR customer service his employees provide, the staff is less than tolerable and "cop" a negative attitude, making it appear you the customer are an irritant to their day, especially the manager, (I believe her name to be "Leilani"), but I dealt with it because there was nowhere else to receive my mail until recently. On or about December 1, 2020, I gave Local Local a 30-day notice that I was going to vacate my mailbox. What I did not realize until now is that the contract I signed back in 2015, they put my 9now ex) husband's name on MY contract instead of my name (Note: he has his own box, but they send me the invoices to HIS box - they are so messed up...don't get me started how many times they mis-sorted my mail with his, and the ex-MILs mail only to be told so many ppl with the same last name). On December 31, 2020, I returned my two keys and got a receipt noting same. It is now February 3, 2021, and still NO deposit refund! How do I know that the refund was NOT issued? Because I gave Local Local MY work address to send the refund check to and it has NOT yet arrived! And to make matters worse? I am now told that MY refund is supposed to be going to my ex-husband. I've left 2 messages with the manager and she has FAILED to contact me to to get this straightened out.
