  Very limited access hours! Be aware if you rent here that their hours are not normal. You will only be able to access your unit until 2pm both Saturday and Sunday. Unlike every other storage facility I've ever used, their gate will only open when their office is open. They say this is because they're in a super high crime area and they've had a lot of break-ins. If that's the case, they should either A) reduce rent, or B) hire a security guard. Both of these would reduce their profit, so instead they've chosen to penalize their customers with limited access. I almost feel bad low-rating them because their staff are friendly, and the units are clean and well-maintained. But when you can't access your unit mid-afternoon on the weekend -- the time you're most likely to -- it goes from 4 stars to 2.

  Stopped by earlier in the week inquiring about pricing on Storage units. The staff was so helpful with giving me the information I needed. The Facility is well maintained, very clean and the womens bathroom is BEAUTIFUL. It's like walking into a hotel restroom. Would definitely reccomend renting here.

  I'm only giving this business two stars, instead of zero stars, because their employees are very nice. I no longer recommend this storage unit, however. Access is restricted to certain times of the day---only when the office is open---and if you needed something in an emergency, outside normal office hours, you won't be able to get it from your personal storage unit. Today, 9/26/2021, on a Sunday at 3:00P, I needed something urgently. I was denied access because the entire facility was "closed" and could not reach a manager. Why don't they put in security cameras??? Do they not have enough money to put in security cameras??? I pay $269.00 per month. The manager will not even call me back until tomorrow. The contract and their website mention this access restriction, but because I've utilized 24-hr. storage units all my life, I never dreamed this would be an issue and totally missed seeing the fine print. I rarely write poor reviews for businesses, but the time restriction is totally unacceptable for the cost.
