Well I can tell you that you shouldn't go to Lowe's between 5 and 8 because nobody will help you I was there for 20 minutes with a TV Camera recorder with a big red record on the screen had to walk halfway across the store to find one guy who I really needed to come back to plumbing and help me was too interested in talking to another customer I'm sure it wasn't his fault he was just trying to please her but I ended up calling the manager after leaving absolutely unbelievable that I was there for that long needing help and couldn't get it I only had two questions that needed to be answered and I would have had my water leak fixed till the morning it shall still be leaking thank you Lowe's I wish we had a Home Depot on our side of town because Ace Hardware was closed the manager did tell me that all the real workers get off work at 5 and there's not really anybody in store to help out between 5 and 8 which is when they close yeah maybe I should have went up to the counter but I've had a long day I still need to fix a water leak and I was just over it. Seems like customer service is really hurting unless you go to Ace Hardware that's how we should be treated

Needed a few things. Walked in, helpful associate when asked told me the isle and side to find the first couple of items. They were were they said...made my selections got my other items. Checked out very easy fom beginning to end. My only complaint never seem to get out the door for less than $100. My fault as I try to consolidate trips )))

I needed help in 2 different aisles and thank goodness I found Buddy. So helpful,knew the products I needed and recommended the best for my situation. Need more Buddy's! He was great and made my visit worthwhile.
