Visited this store on March 9, 2022 and found employees were more interested in promoting Lowe's credit card than in helping me find merchandise. When I brought this matter to the attention of the manager on duty (Diamond), there was no attempt to make things right - she only offered the comment that I should have a nice day. I immediately left and took my business elsewhere.

I love this store! Why? Because of Jason the store manager! He has been a great resource for my husband and I these last couple of months. We just bought a new home and he has become integral part in our home renovations. From answering all different questions on which type of LVP flooring to install, to which Delta faucets to pick for kitchen, and list just goes on. Thank you, Jason for being such a great resource for us and part of our community.

I'm in the middle of many projects. I frequent this Lowes one to four times per week. Most of the employees walk past acting like they don't see a customer (including the store manager). Only when I started loudly vocalizing how absurdly angry I was for being treated like I was invisible on Friday, did it seem to get the manager's attention enough to apologize to me and offer any assistance. By that time, it was too late and I already had what I needed. My saving grace was a man named Marvin. He was an absolute breath of fresh air! Once he noticed I was bypassed by the manager, he clocked in early from his lunch to help me cut a few new keys. That man deserves 5 stars and a raise! I almost swore off this place, but I'll be back because of Marvin. I'll also be checking in with him to make sure he's not retaliated against for taking a short lunch. I don't think corporate would appreciate poor treatment of one of only TWO employees I've ever seen showing initiative in this store.
