Did a great job on my hitch installation. Very nice service and although I had an unfortunate experience where another customer parked a return truck right up against my brand new car, there was minimal damage, just a small scratch. Jessica and her team turned a could be awful experience into a positive one. Placed a claim for me immediately and explained next steps and was very kind and apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. Great work and thank you!

Didn't set our car correctly on the dolly, causing possible damage to the wheels of our car. Withheld information that led us to several instances of stress and misleading information that leaves us stuck for hours in another uhaul center while we figure out what to do. Absolutely terrible service. Go anywhere else for your moving needs because these people are practically scammers.

**EVERYONE**Record/pics of every inch of the vehicle/equipment before you take and when you return** We took a vehicle and had it in a private parking spot then returned it and were told we damaged it. I know for 100% fact we did not do it so. The employees were helpful and reviewed their low quality video, but I’m disappointed with the company in general. Had I caused any damage I would own up to it. Luckily I got the insurance. Don’t do what I did and trust that they check their vehicles because there was not a chance I did the damage they stated. This was my first and last time using this facility. If you do chose to use this company please ensure you take video and pictures from every inch. I learned an expensive lesson to not be so trusting and document everything even if you’re told the vehicle was already checked.
