  great company on time no delays i forgot to call for pick up you know moving is crazy but i called morning of and they put me on the pick up list right away cubes were picked up within 2 hours of my call also i had ordered only one cube but i realized i needed a 2nd it was delivered within a half hour of me ordering it highly recommend this company

  Upack is ABF freight first off. Second they don't keep appointment times at all. I was given 8-12pm for drop off had to call after 12pm to see where they were and dispatcher said that they would be here by 1pm. 1pm turned Into 1:45pm . Truck itself doesn't have enough tie-downs for cargo and lastly ramp to load catgo is too small and heavy pluus you have store ramp with you're cargo which takes up space which to me makes no sense at all

  The whole move went very well from the time I called to setup the move from PA to MN. All the personnel I came in contact with were friendly and informative. The two workers that packed our truck in PA did an excellent, quick job, and were very professional in there packing method. From the time the truck was delivered in PA till the time the shipment was put in storage for a month in MN then delivered to it's destination, everything was punctual and well communicated between each stage of the move. I would use Upack again and recommend them to others. Thanks, A. Kern
