  On December 17th my storage unit was robbed for close to $10,000 in merchandise the property manager still has not validated why and what happened. She is states that the company has informed her not to discuss the investigation with the tenants. I went back to my storage room on February the 8th I was unable to get into my unit my lock literally has to be broken off of my unit so I could get in. Why was my locks changed to my unit the property manager could not explain that. I feel that my unit was being again targeted for another robbery

  I highly recommend Morningstar storage on east Franklin Blvd. Miss Darekia and Miss Cindy are absolutely delightful and so nice. Prices are fair and good, my property remained safe, 24/7 gate access and the coolest thing is these guys even let you use a moving truck for free up to 4 hours!!! How awesome is that! So anyone looking to store away their belongings etc. Definitely check out Morningstar on east Franklin. Huge thank you to the ladies there! May you always be blessed for y'all's kindness.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about Morningstar. From day one the staff has been the best. I was relocating from San Antonio to Gastonia for work, I had a reservation to get a Uhaul storage unit literally 2 driveways away from Morningstar, upon arriving with a fully loaded 12' truck, they didn't have a unit available. I sat in the Uhaul in almost a panic, I had spent the previous 2 weeks searching for a place to live and nothing was available, so I made phone calls to other storage places with the same response, everything was full and my anxiety rose to astronomical levels. I called Morningstar and not only did they have room for me they were so pleasant to deal with, and was able to give me an awesome move in deal, I was able to move in that minute. Another great perk is that they have a moving truck you can use for free for a day if you need it. I was there 2 weeks ago to pay my bill and I spoke with Derika Alexander, she is so pleasant. Derika thank you. I moved in on July 7th and I'm not sure of the womans name but she was truely kind and helpful. Morningstar is the place in Gastonia, forget the place a few driveways down.
