  Mountain Movers were excellent! I highly recommend them. They were always responsive and cost less than the original quote. They were professional and worked quickly, and wrapped our furniture so it was not at all damaged during the move. They drove the truck themselves from Colorado to Missouri and met us the following day, and arranged a local partner company to unload the truck. They were wonderful and I highly recommend them!

  Pete was very professional and personable. My mom liked him right off the bat, and they talked about the Cardinals more than the move! Great team of guys who moved us. We couldn't have been more pleased.

  We would like for the owner Brian Houtz to communicate with us in regards to our recent move from Colorado to California. Items that were missing and broken such our now inoperable Treadmill (disassembled and pullout from wires; and pieces broken), washing machine among a list of items damage and/or broken; also the missing 65" TV. We spoke to Brian in early Aug and were reassured all missing & broken items would be reimbursed however we have not heard from Brian on our claim or any update after he mentioned will give us a call back. We have patiently communicated our concerns through email, phones calls and text with Mountain Movers, specifically with Brian Houtz with no response since mentioned the issue will be taken care of. We have also spoken and emailed with Sydney Hidbee from his office who mentioned that she will talk to Brian about the claim and follow up however there has no been a follow up. In addition, we also have communicated with Alex (who drove our last moving truck); who took care of the additional delayed household items and who was amazing delivering our last load and apologetic for the crew of movers who broke and disassembled items he personally saw and who also has not received any information on the claim of items he specifically gave and met with Brian on the missing and broken. We entrusted our home goods to Mountain Movers over others in good faith and good will and we would like to be reimbursed as promised by Brian Houtz. We will also follow up with this review and updates as this claim is taken care of and by Mountain Movers & Storage LLC.
