  No problem with the two cats that someone else complained about. Very attentive staffer whenever I come by. Very accommodating. I took away one star because of the hours available to access the storage unit. A 6:00p closing is a bit restrictive. 7:30p would be much better.

  Place has been our “attic” for almost 20 years. Owners could not be more friendly and accommodating. It is definitely a “no frills” facility, but, hey, it’s a place to safely and conveniently store my stuff. I don’t need to pay for carpeting or a cappuccino maker. Highly recommended.

  First impressions are everything. Email inquiry was not answered. I called and spoke with a woman who TOTALLY unhelpful and made little effort to assist me with basic Q&A. She told me to look online for things that I pointed out were not available online hence the reason for my call as I was online while speaking to her. She seemed VERY annoyed that I asked simple things such as if the unit was on the ground level or not. I offered that I am unfamiliar with the company and their setup and asked could she explain about the unit and setup but again she was annoyed and directed me to look at the website. I will pay more for a company to use and feel better about it than saving a few dollars and having the worst service ever. If this is the start of how they conduct business this is a bad start !!

  The comments made by Mrs. Hoffman totally contradict what actually happened, additionally email inquiry from her was never received. We would have replied right away as we value all our customers and appreciate their business. We assist all our customers with great care and take the opportunity to apologize to her who surprisingly felt otherwise and did not express to us her discontent. Instead, decided to write a review about our company stating that she rather pay more than saving and getting bad service. Perhaps since our prices are lower than the competition and the service is great, she is from the competition attempting to discredit our business because we provide the lowest rates and the best service. Mrs. Hoffman called asking information about a 5x10 unit and she was treated courteously and given the information, as mentioned by her, she did not have any knowledge about self storage so she was advised to go to our website so she could see the pictures of our building and what our units look like since they are there upon opening the website, however she did not allow us the opportunity to assist her further and hang up. We have been in business for over 25 years because we care and value our customers and our top priority has been and will continue to be to provide them with the best service.
