  This moving company moved my 2 bedroom apartment. They did come on time with 3 movers and stood by the time line. They packed and unpacked my furniture and the wardrobe boxes only. When they unwrapped my TV console, I immediately noticed a 2 chips on the end of the furniture. I showed the worker and I sent a photo to the office. I unpack the boxes in the my bedroom and noticed some items from my closet were missing. 2 Louis Vuitton bags, 1 Gucci belt and a coach Belt, Valued over $3500. I immediately called the company and the representative told me a claim for my furniture was sent to the insurance company. In regards to the items the owner will get back as soon as he’s back in town. The representative asked me to get a copy of the movers on a USB, which I did. I waited for a week until I received an email. The email stated that an internal interview was made and the movers denied taking anything. There was a new hire out of the 3 movers which they fired, due to my complaint. The owner replied that they will give my $500 out of courtesy. I rejected the offer and I told them I have a copy on USB and receipts, if needed. They replied since there’s no evidence they are not paying me on these items. I asked for a copy of the claim submitted to the insurance company on the piece of furniture. They have ignored me, it’s been over 1 month trying to resolve this issue. The owner replied in the email that I can do whatever I want but they are not cooperating to resolve the issues. This is the worse company ever. I do not recommend using this company. They do not care about the customer…. You have been warned! I gave them 1 star because they showed up on time :-(

  Great team! Jason and Alex were calm and patient with the two condo rules and regulations. They wrapped the furniture and were strategic about how to move and load up all of my stuff. Would use them again.

  Worst company ever. They don’t care about your moving objects. They broken and handling everything careless. They are very lazy just making sure to slow the pace to charge for more hours. They are very unprofessional at the end of the moving they called cochina an old lady and take out the middle finger to her. I have pictures that proof my broken and damage items. Please don’t waste your money. They charge you per hour more than a Doctor.
