Showed late. Dragged the furniture across hardwood in multiple rooms and down a main hallway. And furniture was significantly damaged when we got to the destination. More than disappointed. Booked through Uhaul and noone has responded at all. The workers were pleasant and well mannered though.

Tri-Cities Moving Co. books through U-Haul and that IS NOT our company. We are Moving Labor Tri-Cities. We have been in business for 15+ years and we DO NOT "drag" or damage furniture. Moving Labor moved furniture for us between three houses, and did an awesome job! Brought truck, all equipment, and the manpower to do the job. Took great care of our furniture, floors, and walls. Friendly and professional!
