My mom and I hired New Age Movers to move a large item, specifically stated a lift gate truck on separate occasions, as well as the weight being 6-800 lbs. Moving day comes they don't have a lift gate truck, and had remarks like "this ain't out first rodeo" and they only had 3 guys for a heavy $45,000 delicate machine. They were willing to risk injuries and possibly dropping a $45,000 machine when they only cover $10,000. We were told that we would get a call back in 30 minutes before sending them away, not once did we receive a call, but they ignored multiple calls when we didn't get what we were promised and voicemail that were left for a call back.No way would I refer this company to anyone for any reason, I would be referring to them as "Be sure to avoid New Age Movers". I only take time for companies that have amazed me or seriously wronged me. I hope all of you reading reviews seriously take this one into consideration.

My husband hired new age movers at the end of august after speaking to rob. I was at the new house when the movers came but my husband said they were nice and on time. When they arrived it was immediately noticed they did not wrap majority of the furniture. They scratched my west elm table and there were multiple grease stains and hand prints on my fabric couch. We took pictures with the movers there and immediately notified rob who was in charge. He stated he could send someone out that same day to fix the damaged table and couch or give us an hour off services. We said we wanted him to send people to fix our furniture. They never showed up. 2 weeks later we have yet to have anyone come to our house and have tried reaching out to river multiple times with no response.
