  Best price of all 4 companies we got quotes from but crew was unprofessional, foul language, was laying the grass in our yard, horsing around like teenagers, seriously damaged flooring when moving piano but did not report to us, snapped toys in half and shoved in boxes, left empty bottles and trash behind inside the house, and then the crew on the other end of our move refused to move our piano upstairs (it came from upstairs at our point of origin) and claimed they didn’t have time to assemble three of our beds because they had a long day. We had to hire people to come out and assemble our beds, our kids didn’t have beds to sleep in for several nights. Very dissatisfied and no follow up on our complaints. We paid for this move out of pocket so we were happy with the price, the scheduling office and the representative who came to our house and have our quote/managed our move but the crews added to the stress of the move significantly. If they had made things right I might be able to recommend.

  They were supposed to pack and move the belongings of a client's to another state. They didn't finish their job and just left with the couple's stuff. They won't answer their calls and we had to scramble to get everything packed and moved into a storage unit. Still don't know if we'll have to get a uhaul and take the rest out of state ourselves. Super unprofessional. Don't use them! They won't finish the job they were paid to do!

  The Packers were the worst I have ever dealt with. They cussed, complained, ripped the packing tape with their teeth, didn't label the boxes, didn't wrap breakable items, did not put packing paper in the boxes to prevent shifting, over packed boxes, didn't tape the boxes properly, did not pack the storage closet which I showed them and even asked the crew leader questions about and did not pack some items(pillows and blanket) that I asked 3 times to be packed. I'm not a bit picky person but my Dad was in the Air Force so I know how professional packing for moves should be done. This was a waste of money and a needless cause of stress and anxiety. I wish I could have added picture of their idea of professional packing. I hope North American Van Lines takes a hard look at their subcontractors because a move like mine could cost them military contracts.
