Very poor experience. They didn't wear masks, were late by 24 hours, broke a bunch of our furniture and contents in our boxes. I would never work with this organization again. Save yourself the money, rent a truck and hire people to help you move. This place is a racket.

The moving team, James, Rick and Brandon just loaded my house in Colorado today for my move back to New Mexico. The experience surprised me by the way this team put me at ease and made sure that the move was done with the utmost respect and professionalism. These gentlemen worked exceedingly hard and I was in the loop as much as I needed to be. I felt that my belongings were in good hands. I can't say enough about what a super job they did for me and I hope they are the movers for me at the other end of the trail. Thank you gentlemen for making this move stress less. North American Van Lines kudos to your staff and their customer service!

Representative GV refused to wear a proper face mask in front of my wife who has MS. My wife even offered him a mask. Even though, NA Van lines gave a better price, my wife was disappointed that her health was not important to NA Van Lines.
