If I could give them a 0 or negative number rating, I would. Long story short, Cheney Bro Moving Worldwide, Norton America Van Lines and Apex Moving are all somehow tied together, and are apparently a combo of companies that picked up, and were supposed to deliver our items, but yet, instead chose to keep our items. Items we can never replace. Family heirlooms passed down for generations. Now gone. And, then to have some guy named Eddie contact me at Christmas time (2021) to all of a sudden be like "hey looking to schedule the delivery of your items tomorrow [...] but you have to pay now (not what was in the contract we signed) and you can only pay by option a, b, c (not anything consumer protective like PayPal)," yeah, um no. And then to be like our driver will just bring your stuff back (like that's cost effective?) and it'll be sold at auction. Would never provide proof they had our stuff, after all we'd been through. Not one picture, not anything. Not willing to have an officer be there for both of us. Nothing. Lorraine M., Shay, Sergio, Gary, this guy Eddie - they're all full of it. I'm surprised any of you could keep all your lies straight. God, karma, and the FBI will be your undoing.

Terrible experience!!! 1200 dollar quote turned into 5400 dollar move. Held my belongings in the truck until I came up with the extra money. They are scam artists.

This Customer gave us a list of 51 pieces to be moved from 201 Village Oak Drive SC to 3345 Field Rd Fayetteville NC and when the truck get there she has over 200 pieces and she was informed before it was loaded and after reaching her destination she refused to pay after all contract were signed and delivery was ready yo be made
