  This company was hired by the military for a PCS move to another country. Everything was packed correctly which resulted in nothing broken upon arrival. The movers were friendly. My only minor complaint would be that my make up and perfume (over $800 worth) was packed with shoes, which made absolutely no sense. Otherwise, I had a positive experience with this company.

  First off, if you could give negative stars I would. The movers were not professional at all. They just throw stuff in boxes, emphasis on throw, and don't even label them correctly. Next when they cam to pack up the furniture, they marked everything as having some damage, scratched and chipped, on all sections for every piece of furniture. The paperwork was a complete mess and hard to read and understand. I received my stuff from shipment and the company delivering it said they couldn't believe how bad it was packed and taken care of, or lack thereof. Tje boxes were crushed, had holes in them, and ripped. The furniture had chips and scratches with some pieces even broken. The delivery company kept apologizing even though it wasnt their fault. This company does not care about you stuff, to them it is a government contract they get paid either way. I called and told my coordinator to not ever use this company again. Out of 3 military moves with no claims, this will be the first I have to make a claim and by far the worst experience I have ever had.

  Absolutely a horrible moving company. Would never recommed. The movers treated me horribly once my husband left. They damaged my home floors and damaged my household goods and lost so many of my belongs in the move. The customer service is horrible as i was continuously hung up on by the manager himself. He refused to listen to what I had to say. We were never reimbursed for any of our belongings that were lost or damaged. I would never give a recommendation for them to move anyone!!!thus was for a military move too
