  I have several issues with this rat, mouse and roach infested dump. Which for one is a serious health concern. I am not just pulling these allegations out of the sky. I have several photos, videos and receipts to back any and every statement being made in my review. First thing first, I rented a storage bin during the beginning of the pandemic and left my items in the bin untouched for over a year. I recently went to my storage only to find dead mice and that rats had aten through most if not all the boxes I had placed into this dump. Can you imagine renting a dumpster? They need a health inspector out there. As if that was not bad enough, the employees at this location are not to be trusted. I made a cash payment ( which the manager gladly took) and a month later was told I had not made any payments in months. I went back to the dumpster (UHAUL) with my receipt and was told by another employee “that’s odd, it looks like the payment was never put into the system”. So, you mean to tell me we are stealing from customers? When asked to have cameras pulled there was silence. The manager refuses to address any of my concerns, but yet keeps tacking on late fees as if he didn’t take my cash payment. I really wish WAVY TV 10 and the health department would investigate this place and close this trash can down.   Super sketchy. Ordered a hitch online. Website set me up with this location. Arrived at the scheduled appointment (two weeks after order date) and was told that they didn't have the part. I wish someone would have called me before I took off of work and made arrangements to get a ride back home. I asked for a refund. The manager printed an invoice and handed it back to me. I thought this was the refund, but it turns out that he never actually processed the refund. I'd like to chalk that up to an honest mistake, but there were other red flags about this location. Customer service line is a joke. It takes over an hour to get through to any one.

  This establishment at first had a couple blunders but mainly on management side. I went in on a PCS move and had a hitch installment and labor and trailer reserved two weeks in advance almost. When I got there the only mechanic was apparently out on vacation. Now it could have simply ended like that and I got my refund and I sadly moved on my day to try and get a shot noticed installment and trailer..yeah impossible. I was already stressed from the moving and she decided to perform a miracle and get me a great deal! Come here for fantastic service but be respectful. Rude behavior is not tolerated here.
