  Wow. Moved cross country with the military and most of our belongings are destroyed. Tossed a laptop computer into a box with a bunch of other stuff with zero wrapping and it broke. Damaged couch, nightstand, bookshelf, bar chair, broken grill, the list goes on. Tossed craft paint untaped and unwrapped in with a box of my daughters baby book and other photo books. Disgusted and heartbroken. Run. Edited to say the movers who packed our belongings also stole from us. Filed a police report and they will no longer talk to us. Whoever answers the phone has issued no apologies and treats you like you’re the one who did something wrong. I don’t understand how this company is still in business.

  I would give 0 stars if allowed. Since no one else will help us, I am hoping my review can help save someone else the loss we have experienced from these crooks. We were moved March 2020. Their movers stole hundreds of dollars worth of small items. We had four witnesses who saw them making trips back and forth to the van with our items. Their supervisor, Xenia, assured me that since her employee has been there for such a long time he would never do something of this sort. She also was confident the four witnesses were all lying and they were actually the ones who stole the items. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES THE STRESS AND TROUBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  Movers showed up 3 hours late, did not properly cover the floors and scratched our newly refinished hardwood floors. After pointing out that the floors were scratched they stopped working went to thier truck and refused to finish placing and assembling the furniture. We currently have furniture stacked in our living room. When my husband was going over the paperwork with driver, the other movers were honking the horn of the truck. Very unprofessional and lazy workmanship. To top that off we have line items missing from the inventory and an entire mattress and boxspring missing. Worst moving experience ever.
