  This storage is perfect for my belongings. I have rented a 5 X15. was able to fit in a rolling wardrobe and stack up high a great many items. I feel safe when I enter the premises with the monitor in view. Management was pleasant reassuring. I will be renting for several months however I don't mind keeping this storage indefinitely. I am fully happy with this rental experience .

  AAAA Storage On Lowery Road in Norfolk, Virginia is a wonderful place to rent storage space. I have been a renter here for 4 years and have always received the most professional and friendly service. Nick, the manager is always so courteous both in person and on the phone and his staff is exactly the same way, even going the extra mile to call me if my payment is late so that I can avoid a late charge. You simply don't find this type of customer service at most places nowadays. Also, the facility is always clean and bright and the business hours and access hours are extremely convenient, being open 7 days a week. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.

  Moving from another state, it was very important to find a customer friendly facility that met our needs. We visited the facility before we moved and were very impressed with the facility, Belle and the other employees. We decided on this facility due to location, customer service, and cleanliness. The way Belle and her staff look for ways to discount the monthly cost of the space is appreciated and a big plus. They were happy to reserve a space for us and contacted us more than once prior to the move. We have been very happy with our decision to use AAAA. Other facilities should learn from their positive attitude and their ongoing commitment to exceed customer expectations.
