  I'm pleased on with Olympic, which is also the owner of all the Bekins NW. This is a business that has a very strong idea of customer service, meaning that you can be assured that your moving contract will be held to, no suprises on costing more. Our salespersons are often past drivers, so they can recognize any access problems, specialty packing, or additional services that are needed to assure your possessions are properly protected and handled with respect. I'd also like to brag a little bit, as our agencies are in the upper percentile of Agents of the Year, Spire Awards, and Drivers of the Year. Our drivers are also older operators, veteran drivers, with a majority of us having 20+ years of experience in the proper way to move Household goods so you can be sure your things are in good hands.

  This was the worst experience we have had with a moving company. We bought a brand new home and hoped by hiring a moving company, that our new home would not be damaged by inexperienced workers. Two of the three men that showed up to move our items were brand new employees. When they moved our items to our new home, not only did they damage a few of our furniture pieces, they damaged walls in our brand new home. I provided pictures and was advised that we needed to complete a claim and take new pictures with a dollar bill next to each damaged area on the walls and banister. This is unacceptable. The company not only damaged a BRAND NEW HOME, they are making us jump through hoops in hopes to be reimbursed for the damages. Terrible movers followed with terrible customer service. I would 100% NOT recommend this company.

  Natasha, Please accept our sincerest apologies for any damage that was caused. Unfortunately, no matter how hard we try, we cannot prevent all damage caused by human error. We sent you our claim form on 4/26/19 with advice on how to fill it out. Since we have not received anything back, legally we cannot assist with your claim. The claim form is pretty straightforward, and required in order to receive reimbursement. If you require any assistance completing it, please reach out to our claims department. We cannot move ahead without a valid, signed form.

  Long story but short version is...DO NOT USE! Fernando tried to lie about the start time in order to make more money. And I was on top of it so called dispatch back and they refunded me just over $100. They also scratched my furniture by not wrapping it properly and they misplaced some of my stuff due to hastiness. Filed a claim but got pennies on the dollar. When calling and talking to a supervisor he was very rude, but I forgot his name off the top of my head. For a local move it turned out to be a bit of a disaster. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
