Awful, for the second time my lick had been removed without my permission or my knowledge & no explanation as to why, no one in site to assist, nothing!!!! This time the thief put a lock back on the unit, now we can't even get in our own paid storage

A bad rat problem and nobody wanted to fix it. I contact Management by phone all they had to say was call insurance people. Also I had 2 units. I had to move my stuff to another storage place.

I've had a storage room with these guys for about 3 months now. It's a very nice place and very modern. They are problematic with everything being handled over a phone with a operator.
