The company as a whole is fantastic. The pay is reliable. Trucks aren't fully loaded but do the job. Maientence dept could use improvement in communication. I dont like the driver facing camera but it may save you one day. P&S is a very good option especially if you have some experience. They leave you alone for the most part. Which they should do more of.. Montae @ Birmingham is by far the greatest dispatcher I've ever come across.

I haven't held my CDL in YEARS. But from what I've seen and experienced from my husband being employed there so far, it's seems they really do try to take care of their employees and run a good business. This HUB has everything you'd need from maintenance to over night parking, showers, vending machines, driver lounge etc.

My first time having my truck in the shop for a week and my dispatcher Shalonda Robertson and the company took real good care of me as I waited for my truck to get out the shop and I would also like to thank Mr Chris Fitzgerald he was a really big help as well on pushing the issue and I really appreciate the effort y’all gave in getting the issue resolved…
