Our initial scheduled movers fell through the friday before we were scheduled to move. (Our fault for underestimating how much stuff we had) So we thought there was no hope. But we call u-pack that same Friday and they had two 28’ trailers at our house the following Monday! We had them loaded Tuesday and they picked them up on Wednesday. We are now in our new home (2k miles away) and they delivered one trailer ahead of schedule. We are waiting on the second one, but it’s nice to have some of our stuff so early. Everyone has been very helpful and understanding! Thank you u-pack for saving our move!!!

I am a veteran mover with a multiple corporate and DIY moves under the belt. I recently used U-Pack for a relocation from FL to AL after researching all the available options for my move. I was very pleased with the level of customer service, the pricing transparency and the overall responsiveness and dependability of drop-offs and pick-ups of trailers. This is a great option if you are comfortable packing and loading yourself or by using contracted assistance. It also provides the convenience of more time to load and unload than with a DIY truck option and much less expensive than most of the DIY shipping contain options. I highly recommend U-Pack as a cost-effective, dependable, efficient option for a hybrid DIY move.

This company was helpful from the first phone call of inquiry. I wasn't able to have to cube delivered to the location that I needed because the apartment did not allow it. But I was able to take my belongings to them and pack them on the premises. The only problem was I had too much stuff to pack in the size that I selected. Not sure if they had other sizes but I made it work. I packed on a Monday. They promised 3-5 business days. I was relocating from Alabama to Pennsylvania. My things arrived to Pennsylvania BEFORE I did! This to me was amazing. I would surely recommend this company to anyone anticipating a stressful move.
