  We used PODS to move from CA to Naples, FL and they were fantastic. They delivered two storage containers and stored them for a few months till we found somewhere to live and then they delivered them right on time. We will always used PODS to move.

  Unbeknownst to me, they charged me for asking them to replace a defective container (it leaked water onto my belongings and had grown mold). When I realized it, I reached out to them to make them aware that the POD was leaking. They said that they’d come pick it up and give me another one. Then I realized that they’d billed me over $400.00 for this (they never mentioned any of this while arranging for a replacement of THEIR defective product). Trying to call in and/or chat via their website proved very frustrating as I kept getting different stories. One person said that I am responsible for some of the fees charged (4 total), but not all. Another person said that it was a mistake and I shouldn’t have been charged anything, but I would have to wait on billing to reverse everything. Several days later and still no resolution and still no straight story. I’ve asked for someone from corporate or a manager to reach out to me - to NO avail. I wish I’d known before hand how horrible this experience would be and I would have just avoided it and gone with a different container company all together. I will never do business with these people again.

  Moved across country with my POD. It was easy for the most part, would only change a few aspects, but overall it was amazing. I needed to move in a pinch because my apartment flooded, they got my POD on short notice, and it was a hassle free move for me.
