  Candace took my money, committed to the time and date, but the crew did not show up. They did not answer the phone and wouldn't call me back. I waited and called them for hours. They took my money and now I have to get my money back and then hire someone else to get the job done by my deadline. This is a horrible thing to do to a person! I wonder if they treat all their customers this way.

  I found this company on groupon with a great deal. Pack It Up Moving and Storage is a great moving company. They are PROFESSIONALS. My movers were JOE, DEION, & JASON. Not only did they show up 15 mins early of the time window. They finishied 2 hours before the quoted time saving me hundreds of dollars. They were very transparent during the whole move. My move took 4 hours and they did not take a break. They were working constantly and they did not complain one time. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

  This company was great start to finish! I contacted several moving companies in the Gainesville, GA area to price moving my mother’s estate to New Jersey. Chuck spent a lot of time helping me identify which options would work best for us. They worked with my representative on site since I couldn’t be there, moved everything exactly as planned, carefully packed everything and it arrived a day later. Nothing was broken, everything was well organized as planned and their service and professionalism was top notch! Highly recommend!
