  If a negative star was available it would be applicable in this case. Anastasia was rude and should not be customer facing. As client who has rented from Penske for 10+ years the experience here was beyond abysmal. Charged for 2 trucks, mileage rates higher than what is usually charged and ZERO cooperation from Anastasia in terms of customer service. Contacted regional rep and was told it would be looked into and a follow up call would be given. During the call I was told that its a low priority and corporate customers who spend more get the attention. This response said it all. Even after a follow up email it is no surprise I did not receive a return call. Ryder just gained a new customer.

  I've used Penske twice in the last year to move furniture across the country 1400 miles. Their trucks are well maintained and they will help you quickly if you get in a situation. For example I was stuck in the mud with the dolly straps stuck on my car. They sent someone out to help us in less than an hour.

  Ryan wasted a few hours of my day by sending me to Penske in Ct that was not open. Then he messed up my rates. The 5 stars are because of Anastasia's phenomenal customer service. She corrected all of Ryan's mistakes with pricing and she had a back up plan ready just incase. Anastasia made my day much easier during a very busy time. I appreciate her top notch level of customer service.
