Our rental pick up was scheduled for 10am as we made the reservation a month ago. The employee who rents the trucks out wasn’t there when we arrived at 10am. It’s now 1040am and she still isn’t here. This has set us behind on our moving schedule today. Extremely inconsiderate and very unprofessional. I give them a 3 because she was kind when she finally did arrive.
