  Decent pricing. Willing to work with you and be somewhat flexible on the rates. I rent trucks regularly and I would absolutely pick Penske over their competitors. The trucks are usually modern and I've never had an issue with the vehicle or liftgates. Even for local use I would go with Penske over Uhaul any day. They're pretty upfront with their prices and you won't find a boatload of hidden charges like you do with uhaul. Great company and I plan on using them many times to come.

  The tall skinny Mark at the truck rental in the Home Depot was soooo nice he showed us how to hook and unhook the trailer to tow our car. He even let my husband video tape so we would have never remembered without the video. The other employee did a great job but I dont remember his name. You made our move a bit easier. Keep up the good work guys!! I would definitely recommend!!

  Planned 3+ Months and wanted an Izuzu Style 18 Foot Truck for Commercial Services. I called and verified on Monday they would have the small truck. I show up and it is a 20+ Foot truck that has NO GEARS and Bad Breaks. IF I had realized that the gears and brakes were so UN SAFE I would have not driven out of lot. Sad I have used other companies and a friend got me to give them a try and had very positive luck. Im going back to something else. Very Sad. The staff at the front desk were helpful but they were stuck and this is all they had. They apologized but I still had a 26' Truck
