At first, we thought this was going to save us a lot of hassle when needing to move far away. But the truck we ended up getting only caused more issues on an already stressful move. 1. The truck had 1,000 miles more than what was last recorded and a bunch of fresh scratches that were also not recorded 2. The truck back, was not clean at all and was very filthy. Which we then swept up ourselves. 3. For the long drive, the truck wouldn't go over 55 mph 4. After having the truck for 12 hours it broke down, which made us lose the rest of the 36 of 48 hours we were supposed to have the truck. (driven for less than 5 hours) 4. It took 4 hours to get the truck towed to where we needed to unload it (30 mins away) costing valuable time with movers. 5. Since the truck broke down, we couldn't gas the truck. So we got charged the higher rate to fill the truck completely. 6. When reaching out to get any sort of refund, 2 weeks later we still haven't had any resolutions reached and very little response from the company.
