  This is my second experience renting with Shellie at Penske and as always, an exceptional experience. You will not find ANYONE in the truck business that bends of backwards like she does. Her colleagues are equally as accommodating and display the utmost professionalism. I will obviously be doing business with Shellie again and will absolutely recommend her business to my friends and family.

  First and foremost, Shellie of Passaic Penske is a literal godsend. Her high touch, above and beyond approach was nothing short of incredible, and I would recommend her and her services to anyone and everyone. In saying that, after our secured cold storage trucks with another vendor fell completely through the morning before our festival event date. I had to triage and find another vendor to help us out in a pinch. Fortunately in my search I was put in touch with Shellie. She greeted me with kindness and sympathized with our situation, indicating that she would do everything in her power to help. At first, we were just looking for a bit of help to tie us over with a couple of trucks, but ideally needing more than that. Shellie got to work in getting us what we originally asked for, but behind the scenes was working hard to get every single truck we required to execute our event. She made personal calls to her customers asking for a favor to help us out, and was able to secure 5 cold storage trucks for us in less than a few hours. I would like it to be known that I have never worked with Shellie before, and this is the kind of level of effort and care she went through to help us out. To be completely taken care of in such a high stress and last minute situation, I can honestly say that Shellie can now be considered friend and family, because her level of care certainly felt like it through and through. Thank you Shellie and thank you Passaic Penske!

  I’ve been renting from Penske for almost seven years now. I like working with Shellie, the owner because she’s very professional and trustworthy. It’s very easy doing business with Penske and they are always accommodating. I’ll be by soon for another rental.
