  Awful experience. Arrived for a booked reservation this morning. The 16’ truck was filthy & had not been cleaned/serviced for a while. Apparently that is only done when they send somebody from an actual Colorado Penske locations so they have no reasonable solutions to equipment issues that may arrive. The other 16’ which was clean apparently was reserved for somebody else for pickup the following day. They offered a 12’ truck but it doesn’t have a ramp which makes moving solo impossible. On top of it the Home Depot employees at customer “service” basically just tell you there’s nothing they can do because it’s somebody else’s fault at Penske. Then they give you a serious attitude for being upset they are unable to do anything about it. Had to cancel the reservation after wasting $60 on Uber back & forth. Ridiculous and a worthless waste of time. Fortunately, I was able to book a clean & serviced 15’ truck at Uhaul Moving & Storage of East Cheyenne. Highly suggest folks go there instead. The general manager runs a tight ship, folks are friendly & helpful, and they deliver exactly what they say they will on your reservation. ** Response to the owner "response" ...   I can't say enough good about this location. We had made a reservation with U-Haul for a moving truck and trailer to move our family from Wyoming to Texas. Two days before we were to pick up the equipment uhaul called to confirm the reservation, informed us that they actually didn't have a trailer and we were simply out of luck. Unsure of what to do on such short notice we called Penske and they immediately were able to put us in a 16-ft moving van with adequate room and assures that would be available. They really saved our day!
