  We ran into a problem when moving a family member. We order too small of a truck and didn't realize it until the day of the move! The people at this Penske location helped us out, big time! They made swapping trucks for a larger truck so easy. The were very friendly, very quick, and extremely helpful. Even though this place is further away for me, this will be my go-to place from now on when renting moving trucks! Great experience!

  Where do I start lied about everything since I brought my truck in for service. Terrible communication skills would highly encourage anyone to take the truck anywhere else. Take it somewhere where they actually care about doing this the right way.

  I rented a 16' truck and a car trailer to move to Denver. The process was so easy. When I went to pick the truck up, they will take their time to make sure you're comfortable with the vehicle. They let me take the truck and then come back for the trailer later once everything was packed up which was super helpful. Friendly staff, efficient office. Made it to Denver no problems even tho mother nature tried to kill me halfway through Kansas lol 10/10 to Penske
