Least enjoyable trip to a Bread Co. I've had. 11 workers and the manager, only three customers and it took 20 minutes for already prepared bakery items and a chai tea, which was 3/4 full and barely hot. I'm all for people having fun at work, but only two were actually working while everyone else was goofing around, including the manager.

$31 to get my food thrown in the bag unsealed, fruit that was on its last leg and my melted "frozen" drink. Everything went into the trash. Never again.

Ordered (2) large bowls French Onion soup, large salad. grilled cheese sandwich, large salad to go. The grilled cheese sandwich was not grilled and had rubber cheese, french onion soup was cold with zero cheese covering top of soup, and the salad was tiny. (see photos). The cost was close to $29. Not worth the money. Next time I will support the local small businesses as you get better food quality and prices. Positive side cashier's were helpful and professional. Negative side food prep, food quality was terrible.
