Me and my girlfriend were looking to get a truck to move 8 hours North. The only thing they had was a 26’ box truck and we thought we’d give it a shot but we were incredibly uncomfortable with the thought of driving it for a long trip. The staff was willing to look into getting us another truck and ended up giving us our money back when we ultimately decided not to go with a truck. Awesome service.

First and last time I will ever use Penske. I went to pick up my truck that I had reserved 4 days prior only to be told they don’t have a truck for me. They best they could do was give me a truck in Birmingham at 7 am the next day. So i had to drive an hour to Birmingham then an hour back to Tuscaloosa to meet the movers at 8:30 then drive 5 hours home. The man I spoke with was not apologetic at all and when I asked for a discount he said he would give me 50% off but when I got to Birmingham he had only discounted it to 35%. Awful experience.

This is the second time I have used them. Great equipment and friendly service. Love the road side when you need it. Go see Kris at the Tuscaloosa office. He will fix you up and take great care of you .
