You want a company you can trust. There are two places in the city to rent with Penske. This is the only one that matters. They won't con you into anything like the other location does to its clients. Penske is also better than the rival brands, but you have to choose this specific location on Bragg Blvd if you want to avoid price gouging and have an honest answer. The other location uses lies and threats. Rent here! Trust me.

They had the vehicle that I needed, it ran well no problems. It was a little more expensive than the other two companies I checked with, but well worth the extra.

I booked a 22 foot rental two weeks in advanced and got a great deal. Went to get the truck, turns out they only had a 26 foot truck but didn’t tell us until we paid and signed the papers. I went back in there and asked if we could get a smaller one because this one just was way too much. We’re driving through the mountains in the snow, we didn’t need all that. She then told us it was actually a 26 foot truck once I asked why this was so big. Her reason for it was because they didn’t have a 22ft. So now we’re stuck with a 16 footer trying to make sure all of our stuff fit. What’s the point of reserving a head of time if I don’t get what I reserved? And the fact they didn’t tell us until we signed the papers, paid, and even asked if it was really a 22footer we just paid for. The smaller truck they gave us drives horribly, alignment is all off and has a constant ticking noise. Not pleased and disappointed.
