The team at Peterson Moving Co. did a wonderful job for our interstate move from Chicago to Michigan. There was great transparency with the estimate and billing. A professional team arrived on time and ready to work. Despite the hot temperatures, they were efficient and careful. Arrived at the new place in Grand Rapids in a timely matter and the unload was swift after a long day. I can't thank them enough for taking such great care of us and our stuff. On top of all that, the overall cost was almost HALF of other Chicago moving companies.

Never used their services, and never plan to. Just had one of their driving teams almost side swipe me while driving West on Fullerton Ave. Once they got back in their lane and I was able to get back in mine to get ahead of them, saw the driver with a flask in his hand. They all made eye contact with me, laughed and the driver took another drink. Made sure to get behind them for the rest of the drive and the swerving, irregular speed and quick lane changes was unbelievable. Called the company to report them , the guy on the phone didn’t want to take the license plate number, claiming that was the only truck out at the moment and he would “look into it”. Highly unprofessional and dangerous.

They arrived on time and did good job to pack and move furniture to the 3rd floor without elevator. They did dis-assemble bed frame quickly to move out of room and then assembled when it was arrived to destination place. I would this company again if I move again and recommend to other people.
