  The worst company ever. Ms. Raqual is a crook, they charge me $12,800.00 door to door for international shipping. She has no knowledge about shipping. To be short my container arrived on the 26 of June 2021, she was not tracking it. I informed her my container have arrived, she didn’t believe me. On the 28 she acknowledged it was there. She contacted AGS on the 28 of my container no paperwork of a sort was given to them. I paid additional $3999 in taxes. The storage fees are now $5500 which she refused to pay. It is now 11 Aug 2021. Do not use this company they are scam artist

  I was trying to get a quote from this company and gave them all the information for a move to Europe. They never got back to me and when I called them again, spoke with the same lady who could not locate my info or remember any of the details from our initial conversation. Not professional.
