i called 4 days before end of lease period and they could not pick up for 5 days so i was charged a full month rent, when it was not my fault that they could not pick up the container in 4 days. this procedure is really un-fair and i would not suggest any of their services to anyone

PODS is an easy way of storing items right in your reach. I had my PODS for 10 months and it first began to remove items while remodeling. But the convenience of walking outside to storage building to unload and load things. I will definitely use PODS again if needed. Allowed me to have room to organize garage sales to illuminate many of the items that were being stored.

This was a nightmare scenario for us honestly. Our container was lost for several weeks and I couldn't get anyone to take me seriously or return my emails. It's like trying to get in touch with the IRS. Save yourself the hassle and just move the stuff in a Uhaul. I thought this would make moving easier but it made it more difficult every step of the way and felt like our stuff was being held hostage.
