We highly recommend using PODS. This was our first time using them and we were impressed from the size and cleanliness of the POD to the excellent customer service we received. The drivers called to let us know when the POD would arrive and they were nice and professional. Having the POD right outside was so convenient to go in and out of whenever we wanted to. We will use PODS again in the future!

Great service with comparable pricing when you consider you get the pod container for at least 30 days. If you have whole house to move, recommend two large containers. Make sure you know all your pick up and delivery dates as it's important to schedule them right away as they book up fast and cannot make short time frame schedules or last minute changes.

Didn't inform me that they don't deliver to the area of the country I wanted to move to. I had two containers and they were stored in different states. I saw a truck carrying PODS driving through the town I wanted to move to. They cancelled my order and rewrote it about 10 times. Each CSR said they could straighten my order out, spent an hour on the phone with me, and made things worse. My containers are supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, but I'm not holding my breath. Definitely won't ever use them again.
