  Don’t use this company. We had two PODS shipped across the country four months ago and are now trying to get them delivered. They didn’t deliver them as promised and it’s taken a half hour on the phone to finally get the customer “service” agent to say a supervisor would call (this is after numerous phone calls to find out where the PODS are and set up delivery. They didn’t even know where one of them was. We’ve literally spent hours on the phone with these people). They tried to tell us a supervisor would call in five days, when delivery was promised today. It’s unbelievable. I’ve never posted a bad review. Never had such atrocious customer service. It’s like dealing with Delta Airlines after they lost your luggage, except it’s a house full of possessions that we can’t get back.

  Amazingly bad service. Been a very long story but here are the highlights. Pods charged for two deliveries starting in November, neither arrived. Two weeks later customer support said shipping mount damaged. Truth was that a fork truck ran through the side of our POD. Had to rent U-Haul to move our things to our house. Now January, have reported the fraudulent charges to my credit card company with pods attempting to aggressively re-charge. Very worried this is going to become a legal issue. Do not use PODS. Five separate contacts with customer support over two months. No return contact. Additionally, while unloading our pod, watched fork truck operator very nearly drop another pod off the side of a truck. Update: PODS contacted me following this review regarding compensation then immediately ghosted me. It's been a month since. Do not trust this company. While I don't think they are malicious, they are certainly not competent enough to handle the business they advertise.

  Sean, Tedrick, and Gamble were THE crew to have. May Pods was delayed by a few days and Sean and his team were really responsive, helpful, and, in the end, made it happen. The PODS crew thought they might get stuck in my yard and they were right! They got stuck and found a solution. Sean, the manager was out with the team- Terdick and Gamble- figuring out the solution. The ENTIRE team was so nice, despite the obvious frustration of being stuck. Great customer service. Thank you!!!
