  "This company is a SCAM! My parents who are elderly are doing an out of state move to me closer to their daughter and grandchild. They sent pictures and were in constant communication with the company. The day of, the company didn’t give 24hrs notice. They kept changing the time of arrive. Finally arrived and wanted to increase the price. They wouldn’t pack items that were agreed upon without an up charge. The employees sat around watching an elder couple pack items themselves due to trying to charge the more. They were smoking and cursing in front of them!!!!! This is extremely unprofessional. They know that they need to be out of their place by the end of the month and cannot find another company with such short notice! They didn’t move any heavy boxes or some of the items agreed on. Complete SCAM! Avoid this company at all cost. I will be doing a report and finding out about legal action because they completely up charged them the day of. This is sickening. Telling them items needed to get packed a certain way which would make it more. I’ve done overseas moves and never required any of the special packaging they were saying was needed. Again, avoid this scam! I wouldn’t even call them a business with the way the handled themselves."
